Avoid excessive intake of these nutrients to protect our bones:

Vitamin A
The recommended daily intake of 800 micrograms RE (retinol Equivalent) in women and 1000 micrograms RE in men. Vitamin A is necessary for growth, vision, endurance, and bone remodeling. Excess intake of vitamin A bad effect on bone. Intake of more than 1500 mcg RE associated with increased risk of hip fracture until doubled.

Excessive protein intake
